Caitlin Byrnes joined NMSF in August 2011. She holds a dual undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in journalism and international affairs. Prior to her time at NMSF, Caitlin spent four years in daily media at The Washington Examiner, Bisnow, and Away.com, among others. She first experienced the ocean as a young girl growing up in North Carolina, but took that love to new levels as she explored the coasts of Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. Caitlin speaks Spanish and enjoys traveling, photography, and theatre.
