Capitol Hill Oceans Week 2003 brought together a wide-range of stakeholders to discuss current ocean and coastal issues. Panel speakers included Members of Congress, as well as representatives of federal and state governments, industry, academia, and nonprofit organizations.

A substantive focus was paid to key ocean issues during panels titled, "Exploring Our Oceans", and "Managing Marine Areas".
